Instead of using a UV back-coating, Newlife uses a high quality PP film to laminate the magnetized side, specialized for car sign or  other outdoor using. 

· Compared to UV coating, CAR-MAG's PP backing has a higher anti-sticking and weather proof performance.

· CAR-MAG's surface is made of high quality PVC or digital printable PET. Max width is 1M (40 inches).

Magnetic adhesive is an innovative permanent magnet material. Permanent magnet materials, as defined in magnetic theory, are substances that retain their magnetic properties once magnetized. Magnetic adhesive is manufactured by blending ferrite powder or rare-earth magnetic powder with synthetic rubber or plastic, making it the most flexible option among permanent magnet materials. Magnetic sheets adhere to iron plates or ferrous surfaces, allowing easy application, removal, and replacement without bubbles or residue. They can be readily folded and twisted without damage or loss of magnetic properties. Their excellent workability enables users to perform drilling, punching, shearing, knife cutting, die-cutting, and other operations using conventional tools. Based on composite structure and application, magnetic sheets are categorized into four main types: plain magnetic sheets, adhesive-backed magnetic sheets, extruded magnetic sheets, and printed magnetic sheets.
